Upon approval, your tickets will be transferred electronically to the email address you used when requesting tickets. Shell Energy Stadium uses SeatGeek to manage all ticketing for the games.

1. Download the SeatGeek App from the Apple or Android app store.

2. After downloading the app, open the app and click “sign up” or “login” (if you already have a SeatGeek account). Then enter your first name, last name email address and create a password for your account, you will then hit the signup button and be redirected to the SeatGeek home page. Please follow the instructions in the app to finish setting up/navigating your account.

3. To access tickets in your account/Send Tickets and Accept Tickets: Click on the “Ticket” tab on the bottom ribbon bar of the app (This is located directly in the middle of the ribbon bar at the bottom of the screen. Once you open this you will be able to view your tickets for any upcoming games. To send tickets, you will see the option “Send” your tickets and once you select “Send”, you’ll be prompted to choose the quantity of tickets, the recipient, and, if you choose a price (if necessary) for each transfer. From here you will be able to send tickets to any email, SeatGeek username or U.S. mobile number by text. Once you enter that information you hit the green “Send” option at the bottom and your tickets will be sent. Your recipient will then receive their notification via text or email where they’ll be prompted to accept these tickets into a new or existing SeatGeek account. You can also easily cancel a transfer that has not been accepted any time through the SeatGeek app.

A Shell Energy marketing team member will follow-up with ordering instructions after your request is approved. All orders are placed online via Shell Energy Stadium's caterer, Levy. All F&B orders are due 2 business days before game day.

• In the Shell Energy Sports Deck, your entrance ticket includes $30 Loaded Value redeemable for food and beverages.  Valid at all physical concession locations - including local restaurants

  • May not be valid at all mobile concession stands

  • Amount does not roll over and is not transferable

• Valid on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Your game ticket contains your Loaded Value (not a separate voucher)

  • Same ticket used for entry and accessible in SeatGeek or Houston Dynamo FC App

  • If you have multiple tickets, scroll to the next ticket to scan and use it’s Loaded Value

• Show concession your ticket and let them know you have loaded value to pay for your order

  • Concession will scan your ticket with the front camera to process payment

• For East and West Club seats, food is served buffet style in the East and West Clubs.

• Sports Deck, East Club and West Club seats are all inclusive of food & beverage (beer, wine, water & soda; liquor is at your own expense).

No, can use the suite tickets without purchasing food and drinks. There is NOT a minimum order amount.

No, you cannot access the Shell Energy Sports Deck without a specific ticket to this area.
